Yes, this is the description I've heard of the trailer.

Master chief comes back to earth which is under attack by covenant forces who have apparently located Earth. Earth is taking a beating and Master chief opens the cargo hatch of his ship, gets a running start and leaps out of the airlock, but instead of Earth being his target (he'd probably burn up in the atmosphere and die anyway) he lands on a covenant battleship, rips open the hatch and dives in...

that's pretty much it as far as I know...

i didn't see the FULL trailer but i saw a part of it.......MC arrives on earth, killed a few Covenant scum bags, only to encounter the KING Covenant. At that point Master Cheif took off his helmet and said...............
