need help from techies.. vga adapter

Hi, I need some help..

I'm thinking of buying the product here:

Can you guys take a look at it and maybe spot something I missed?

From what I have heard it is the only true adapter so far that actually does 480p.

Make sure there's a pass through. The Dreamcast had 2. The official had no pass through and the performance did. If you plan on using it in conjunction with your pc, it better have a pass through otherwise, you have to disconnect it and reconnect it to your pc. I personaly would hold off. They were too quick on the money back guarantee thing. The official one will be out soon.

Since I don't have an HDTV or the money for one, this will allow me to play Xbox on my PC monitor at a crisper resolution.
