i need help in DTR's !

I am at the level, i think its act 4 and its in the graveyard.

I kill everyone and i am supposed to get a handle to progress. Well i found the handle but its behind a cage and the door does not have the [ ] to let me open it. How do i get this handle !?

there is an opening to the inclosed cage form the top of the other end where you come out of the stairs. You just drop down and grab the handle and pick up some more armor.
