I just got this mission i think it was from the skink and it is to find Galur Rithari's papers. He said that i could find it in a book store but these papers are really rare. I have already tried a number of bookstores including Jobashas Rare books and i cant find them. maybe they are even in a book store i dont know! anyways please help me and thanks in advance.

The Secret Library in the Hall of Justice has one in a door with a lock level of 75. It is well guarded so you should have a high sneak skill. You can get to the library from a door in the Justice Offices, I believe the door is locked too. Once inside, look for a small red book, it is a little hidden.
