Secret Scout !!!

Anyone know this ? There are secret scout that can reveal almost every locations on your map. I can't tell you the EXACT location of him but i know he live near Dagon Fel, in a tower. He know everything about Morrowind.

Did you eat alot of paintchips when you were a kid?

Only tower I found around Dagon Fel had the guy that owned the Mask of Clavicus Vile or whatever it's called.

Then again, I haven't explored that area much.

There IS another tower. In there, is the Mater Trainer for Unarmored.

There is another tower north of Dagon Fel, across the water. There is a guy in there and I believe he is a scout. Maybe this is who you are talking about?
