God I think I'm just stupid, but on the Hlallu mission in which you are instructed to go collect money from the two farmers outside Suran, where in the Hell are they? I think I've covered every inch of the ascadian isles...

Sometimes I think I would like to be named The Prince of Weasels. As the Prince of Weasels, I could sneak up behind people and bite them. Then they would turn around and say, "what the...oh, it's just you the Prince of Weasels."

hlaalu missions
What I've discovered, is that the best way to approach the hlaalu missions, after you've gotten Cassius Curio to sponser you is:
1) Get the mission from the guy in Caldera
2) Go back to Curio to see what HE wants you to do
3) Do it
You eventually get that guy in Caldera arrested and sent back to the mainland.
In particular, for the collecting taxes one, Cassius does say to just pay him.
