Fever
I am not one for listening to other's rating scale. On my rating scale, Fever is a 10 Madden is a 9...I've played both...Madden is really good...but, Fever is better, hands down.
Fever! Fever! Fever! Fever! Madden is a contiuous gaming title but Fever is Xbox. Cmon. Put it this way, it plays more like NFL2K2. Fast paced action with quick moves. Madden isnt exactly the quick moving type of football game.
Graphic comparison:
Here is Madden:
And here is Fever!!
For which game you should buy, it's all a personal opinion. The editors mostly agree that you should rent both games and whichever one you like best is the choice to make. With Madden, it leans more to the simulation side while Fever and Nfl 2k2 leans to the arcade-fast paced side. I really don't have a clue which one to get because I had 2K1 and I loved it but Madden was the bomb on all other consoles besides Dreamcast. Fever looks like a great game but by watching the videos and reading reviews the gameplay is superfast. There is the option of slowing it down but they say "it just doesn't look or feel right". I'm renting first.
