Haven't heard about Hong Kong in a while but I just heard about Singapore. They are giving them games in english and are launching it at a lower price than the Playstation 2. Sony games are in Japaneese there.

All the holidays are pretty much the same. Minus a couple of them, such as Thanksgiving.
Well i have played with some mexicans on xbox live so i guess that they crossed the boarder to get it. LOL
