best multyplayer game

What do you think is the best multiplayer out there. Im buying Splinter Cell for a single player game but I need a good choice for a muliplayer game. Co-op is a good addition too.

1.Halo
2.Timesplitters 2
3.Unreal Championship
4.Outlaw Golf ~quite funny seeing your friend shank the ball into the woods every round.

well depends on how many people you are playing with...if its 8 or mre, halo. 4 people halo get boring too quickly...now 4 people on a team is much more fun.

UC, Mech, Halo. halo is to slow paced. wich makes uc the best multiplayer. u can also play online with it wich brings it up more. and i just read that there should be downloads for it a couple weeks into january.

Conflict: Desert Storm is something else in co-op! Except for the first mission where player 2 is Paul Foley, the sniper banged up in the cell...the bulk of that stage is insulting the bald guard in front of you!

Well i'd have to say that Unreal Championship would be the best game to buy if your looking for a good multiplayer and even a good singel player game.If i were you i'd get Unreal Championship.

Conflict Desert Storm is excellent for mulitplayer, especially when you have 4 people...MOH Fronline has pretty good multiplayer too

Halo (if you already don't have it).

James Bond 007: Nightfire is a real good multiplayer game. It has good lots of good levels (with settings and characters from classic Bond movies, if you liked those). You can also customize a lot of options for multiplayer, such as weapons, gadgets, fixed gun emplacements, mini vehicles, etc. You can also add up to six AI Bots (computer controlled characters). There is sadly no co-op mode.
