How do you get into the Police precinct? I have the code to the door, but where is it? Thanks for any help.

The first portion is that walk forward and head up the ladder. At the top of the roof you will find a trap door.

No, after you go under that tunnel in the corner of the square and you find the computer in that hidden room, you get 2 med kits in there, then it tells you to break into the police precinct, where is it?

OK, head out grabbing the ammo in that room. The gate in front of you is now open. Head into that and down the alley. At the intersection take a left. There are a few guards around so take them out as you go. When you reach the end of the alley, there is a fence, and on the other side of the fence, there is a vertical pipe. Take out the lights, and head up the pole. Sneak across this, and drop attack the guard at the end of it. Head left, and I think there is a dumpster here to jump up on and over the fence. Something like that....
