which game should i buy ghostrecon or tonyhawk4 im going crazy of thinking about it.

Ya, I'd have to go with GR. The Tony Hawk series died after the second one IMO.
dude, all the thps are the same. ghost recon is just amazing and you definitely not regret it. awesome multiplayer and great single player campaign. have fun with it
