splinter cell help 2nd chinese embassy

I got to the level after the hostages where it says I must get into the embassy again. I went into the diner and killed the army men.
I walked all around the streets and can't figure out where to jump up to get up on the roof or whatever.

Help!

This one drove me up a wall! I ran all around that place and couldn't figure it out for a while.

Look around inside the kitchen - off in the far corner close to the window looking out to the dining room you'll find a ladder going up. It's easy to miss!
