The new console that promises to out perform Xbox!?

Well there's a new Tampa Florida company promising that by December 2003 it will release the most powerful console on the market. They say it will do things that only Ps2, GC and Xbox dream they can do. Some stuff about it sounds cool but there are currently no specs on it. If it has potential then I guess I have to start saving up.
