10. Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4 (Best extreme sports game.)
9. Dead to Rights (The coolness is off the chart.)
8. Mechassault (Would be higher but I don't have XBL.)
7. Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance (Best fighter ever.)
6. Sega GT (I love sim racing. Beautiful game.)
5. Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (Great fun, too short.)
4. FIFA World Cup 2002 (Great game, better than 2003.)
3. NFL 2K3 (Best sports game ever. Period.)
2. Splinter Cell (Still haven't beat it. Frustrating, but rewarding.)
1. Halo (I'll never stop playing multiplayer. Best game ever!)

Other cool games I haven't played enough to rank: Panzer Dragoon Orta, Crimson Sea, Ghost Recon, NHL 2K3, Star Wars Jedi Outcast.

Other cool games I'm sure will eventually be on the list: Mafia, Ninja Gaiden, KOTOR (if it's not turn based, I'm not big on FF style games), Loose Cannon.

I'll need more time to think or an order to put these in, but for now, no order at all.

Halo - Multiplayer is amazing
Deathrow - Too Underrated
Quantum Redshift - Very fun
Dave Mirra 2 - best extreme sports game ever, wipeout mode rules
Morrowind - the only real rpg on any console
Ghost Recon - Loads of fun, cant wait to get xbl and play it online
NHL Hitz 2003 - if it worked all the time, it would be even better

and some upcoming games that look interesting...

Halo 2 - if its better than Halo 1, this will be the best game of all time.
Fable - project ego sounds better
Star Wars KOTOR - if the gameplay is open-ended, i know fighting is real-time
RAW 2 - gameplay and physics and collision detection better be improved.
True Crime - if theres alot to do other than boring missions
Loose Cannon - if it ever comes out
Tao Feng - looks like a fun fighting game
BC - looks like fun
