Hey, i lost my instuction book and i dont know what the E,W,S,L means, you know when you get the points. I know how to upgrade each of them, but i dont know what they are! Please help.

Hey, i lost my instuction book and i dont know what the E,W,S,L means, you know when you get the points. I know how to upgrade each of them, but i dont know what they are! Please help.
These are pretty accurate:
Endurance- How many hits your soldier can take before being incapacitated
Stealth- Ability to sneak around without being detected
Weapons- How well you use your weapons accurately
Leadership- Only one soldier can be a leader, has control over team
