Question About NCAA Basketball 2k3

I am in week 12 of my season in Legacy. I just played the North High School All Star Game. I saw one player that I really liked, and I went to try and scout him, and I couldn't find him anywhere. Is there a way to find him?

He'll show up, eventually. I had the same thing happen the first year of my legacy. I played a High School All-Star game, and really rocked with this player. I couldn't find him to scout him, but he was available in the offseason for visits and stuff(I ended up getting him).

So, it may be that the one's in the All-Star games may not be available to 'scout'. I haven't seen any players in both. But, then again, I'm only in the 2nd year of my legacy.
