That's right! Itagaki-san has indicated that he plans to take the next DOA game online with Xbox Live...

And you fighting fans thought Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO was good. If it all works out, Xbox owners will have every reason to love Itagaki-san twice as much as they already do. Dead or Alive: Code Cronus, the forthcoming sequel in Tecmo's popular fighting series, is scheduled for release later this year, and it is expected to be formally unveiled at this year's E3 Expo in May.

Itagaki-san has said that the plan is to allow players to fight against multiple opponents online simultaneously via Microsoft's Xbox Live service. Unfortunately, there are no other details regarding the online mode or any new characters for the upcoming fighter.

Hmmm DOA series is rather weak. But if its online it might be worth checking out.

If they can get their act together on making the game alot deeper gameplay wise then I think they'll give SC2 a run for it's money though obviously Tecmo will have the graphics department locked.
