I don't know if I like the new Platinum (silver) DVD cases that much. DOn't get me wrong, the prices are great, but I kinda' like the green xbox cases.

BTW, I'm in Canada, and the Platinum games are $29.99 for those who care. OF course this is pretty much on par with the US/CDN exchange.
    Xbox games I own:
    EPSN NHL Hockey 2K4 -- ESPN NFL Footbal 2K4 -- NCAA Football 2004 -- MOTO GP 2 -- Midnight Club II -- Pro Race Driver -- Coline McRae Rally 3 -- NHL 2K3 -- NHL Hitz 20-03 -- NFL 2K3 -- NCAA Football 2003 -- NCAA College Basketball 2K3 -- Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003 -- Dead or Alive Extreme Beach Volleyball -- Madden NFL 2003 -- NCAA College Football 2K3 -- MLB SlugFest 20-03 -- NBA Inside Drive 2003 -- NFL Blitz 20-02 -- NFL Fever 2002 -- NHL Hitz 20-02 -- Ralli Sport Challenge -- Sega GT -- Jet Set Radio Future -- Outlaw Golf -- NHL 2002 -- Nascar Thunder 2002

What's awesome? Amped the game? Or the fact there are platinum hits now?

Hahah, I loved Amped when I first got it too. Does anybody have Project Gothem, and if so, is it any good?

i have to agree....i like the new art on the sleve itself...but not the silver box....

but ive seen people selling just green xbox cases on ebay for like $5 for 10 of them....i might have to look into one of those as these platinum hits games expand

I just got Project Gothem like two weeks ago for $20 and its fantasic. For $20 you cant go wrong.

Its not your average racing game...because you cant just win a race, you have to do it with style....adds lots of challenge to the game and challenge = fun and longetivity

PGR is a good multiplayer party game. I think Max Payne is a Platinum Hit too. That'll be cool, I'm like the last person on the planet who hasn't played that game yet.

ive had it on PS2, have it on xbox, and plaed it on PC.....

All games are identical except for graphics.....

PC and Xbox look the same, PS2 has worse grafx...

Also PC version gets mods....so if you have a good enuf PC get the PC version, otherwise for $20, max payne is a great buy on xbox...

oh and BTW id reccoment you pick up a guide too, I hate using them and still needed one for this game, it can get confusing sometimes

I would like to clear everyone up that is confused by this:

Yes, it is true that there are games that you can find for $19.99...but, the "Platinum Hits" are a special group that is also $19.99....they come in silver cases to distinguish them from other budget game prices.

Does all of this make a huge difference? Not really...I'm just making a clarification on what the difference is between a lower priced budget game and a game that belongs to the "Platinum Hits" collection.
