Yeah, I thought it was wilkommen too but I figured I would search in google just to make sure. Google has it as Willkommen, and I figure they are probably right. So who is in the wrong? Hmm, maybe its one of those words with different methods of spelling?

I've got four other German dictionaries that spell it "willkommen" and that one that spells it with one L. But if you go to www.freetranslation.com they have it as "willkommen" and a 10-language dictionary I have on my computer also has it as "willkommen."

So I've got a feeling that one dictionary is wrong... but it's the one I used when I first started learning German, so I've always been under the misapprehension that it only had one L, when, in fact, it appears to have two.
