crashes

I've had my xbox freeze about a half dozen times while trying to select a car in PGR and also a couple times in Madden. Anyone else have these problems? If so, have you talked to Microsoft about them? I'm trying to decide whether or not to exchange my xbox or if it's normal. System is awesome otherwise!

Well,I am sure you have looked at your disc make sure its not scratched or dirty.My next thing would think it could be your laser lens is dirty in your dvd drive.You could take some compreesed air and blow out the dvd drive,I would suggest not sticking your nozzle all the way inside if you do decide to do this,Make sure you hold it upright also.But all my games have worked perfect..........Sorry about your luck..
