Do you like Ea? I know some people hate it because they stoped the production of BF:1942. But they make other great games. Let me know what you think?

I just call them EA Sports because all Xbox games are just ported PS2 games and they are a lazy company that doesn't give a cr@p about the consumer. Guess you can tell how I voted.

Going back to Madden 97 and Need for Speed X, EVERY EA game me, friends, or family have bought for our PC's has required some type of contact with Tech Support just to get it working. I'll never, ever buy another Madden game.

My Grandpa bought a new computer recently and it came with a couple EA Sports games that didnt even work!!

EA can die a slow painful death for all I care. They do not care one bit about their consumer, and they continue to produce sub-par games. Due to their past though they still have a loyal following, but with the way they're handling the XBox though, they're losing a lot of fans. I stopped buying their games a long time ago.

yes EA sucks ass....but they do have the sims....but the sims gets boring after a while....like 5 min....all those ps2 fanboys always say that madden is the best football game out there....thry have never even gaven....gaven.....given........any of the sega sports games out....i mean i didnt know how good they were untill i got it for christmas

But yeah, EA ports are lame.

As much as I like Sega football, if Madden supported live I'd be playing it. I grew up with it. But I'd probably end up buying Sega too.

Won't someone move this thread to where all the other "I hate EA threads go?"

anyway, I have no beef with EA. They make lots of games for xbxo anyway. The only thing they aren't giving us in internet play and battlefield 1942. Quite frankly, I bet battlefield 1942 would have been better on PC only anyway.

I like EA, yet the darn Madden game disc get scratched once and they don't even work anymore. Now, that I have an Xbox, I'll be going back to the football game I use to love on my Dreamcast. I'm sure you've all played the newest version, but I haven't and plan to.

I simply hate EA. The first reason is the fact that they raped the James Bond series in a cheap attempt to ride the good name Rare gave the concept.

Moreover, all their products smack of mediocrity. It seems like their rarely innovative and frequently release sub-par software.

And of cours the nail in the coffin for EA is their France-like opposition to Microsoft and the Xbox. Thier cheap obstruction reflects jealosy, not good business sense.

I just hate EA cause of their lack of Live! support. For them there isn't enough profit in live! What the heck is up with them.

EA is a usual PC Game maker, so youre lucky u even get ports to play. And they do make good games, Need for Speed, the MOH series the Battlefield Series, i think that will suffice.

It's not as straight foreward as yes or no with that question, I have my grudges with them for some reasons, and others I like 'em. I don't like what they've done to the Command and Conquer franchise per se.. But They've got good points too.
