Only "cheat" is:

Wolfenstein 3D:
Successfully complete the game in single player campaign mode to unlock the original Wolfenstein 3D.

Other than that, not that I can find.

A hint (or glitch)

When you are in the fight with the last boss (Heirich), don't try to go out the cave. Stay in the cave and wait for him to come to you. When it's coming, you notice that he won't do anything to you and just stay there. So, just shoot him like hell !!
