Oh well, I guess this proves that nobody is perfect
my xbox runs like at least 6 hours straight at least every 2 or 3 days... i have nnot had one problem. and a 90 day ?? if you are not smart enough to get the 2 year for $40 then that is just sad. i mean come on now.....just use it till the 2 years is up then bang it a little or something and exchange it for a brand new one that would be in its 3rd year.
"IIIIIIFFFFFF" it breaks return it (come on now son, give it a try). I get my XBox on Sunday, and I am so freaking excited I can't contain myself. Playstation 2 just now released its greatest titles, wich are all on thier way to Xbox. I would'nt want you to miss out on what I am about to witness. Besides getting an Xbox would get you more excited about the day you will finally play (the excitment and anticipation is the best part) Xbox. But everyone has their own way of doing things so do what you think is best.

dont get the ps2, get the xbox, first, you'll be wasting 300 bucks, the ps2 doesnt have a harddrive, ethernet port, and u have to buy separate things if u want them for the ps2. second, most of the games on and coming to ps2 will be ported with better graphics and stuff, like mgsx and gta3. i just think that xbox will have most of the same games as ps2 and even exclusives such as halo and pgr, but with better graphics, and better value.

Dude you really are a sucker to buy a PS2 for full price, when an XBOX is the same cost and 10x better. If you want a PS2 hang around an EB games store for a dude to trade in on his xbox. My buddy did that and bought a PS2, 2 controllers, 13 games and 2 memory cards for $300 cash. And the games included MGS2, TH3, GT3, and other good games.
I would rather have xbox anyday, and the FF series has grown tired anyway. Wait until EGO comes out and your playing FFX1 and wishing you had the BOX baby.

the final fantasy series are getting so old, i dont play them because i dont like rpg's, but theres like 10 of them. thats too much for a game series, theres not even 10 mortal kombat games. square is just continuing the series because they cant think of a new original game to make.

I played Halo for 11 straight hours with my buddy last Saturday. Yes, we are crazy....and, my XBox didn't even perform a glitch. It's solidI love that movie!
I'm not convinced there will be no final fantasy X...I know sony has like a 30% stake in square soft. But you also have to remember ms has deep pockets and if they need ffx they will get it.
as for choosing a ps2...just a waste of money unless you can get a used one really cheap. Everything besides ff series will be on XBOX that are killer titles like gta3 and thps3. Whatever floats your boat...
