I did it...it said "Neo Unlocked". Not sure what to do now though

Where do you type the code for Neo at I am having trouble looking for it?

It was a pain, but I read through a bunch of the posts on the other site this code came from - it turns out that you have to beat the game on hard, then use decode with the code, then decode some other code, and you'll have Neo in place of Ghost.

But - you have to be playing a modded version of EtM ON THE PC. At least that's what the posts said.
