Of course, no game is without fault, and Halo has a few of them, but for overall package and for a game that literally launched a console, Halo is the king. It has redefined console FPS. It has raised the par for all Xbox games, it has been undoubtedly considered the par for all xbox games. It's not perfect. There somethings that irk me. But, you have to see the big picture. And what is that? Halo is what it is, and Halo2 will blow it away.

The poll topic should be DID you like halo, i liked it when i played it, i dont think it deserves a replay. I dont think it was as great as everyone said it was. Its great but not a perfect "10".

i have been playing video games all my life. nothing even come close to what halo has/did/and will mean to me. i still play it and it is still the only fablous game for xbox 2 this. i have soo many great memories and still play it on LAN to this today

Really? I've played tons of FPS on the PC and not many games come even close to the enjoyment I've had with Halo. Half Life and Dark Forces II are perhaps the only other FPS I can say drew me in as much as Halo. Halo's story and vehicles put it leaps and bounds over any other FPS I've played. I'm pretty sure that Halo is the FPS I've logged the most time on ever for a FPS, although Doom II has gotta be pretty damn close.
