    Default turning the xbox off

    Why is it i feel like im not turning it off right. It just feels weird...is there something special im suppose to do when i turn it off...like sacrifice a calf or something....if there is...let me know

    It's a console! As long as you aren't in the middle of saving, you can turn it off whenever you want. Just hit the power button.

    Beware the eject button! I always get tempted to push it instead of the power. Must have pushed it at least a half dozen times when I first got the console.

    Terrapin...I've hit the eject button to turn mine off a few times, too. No problems whatsoever. I use the power button now, though.

    Dude, last weekend, my buddy and I played Halo for 11 straight hours! He finally got his XBox and he purchased the System Link Cable and we set it up in the LAN. It was clutch...eventhough it was just him and myself...but, we had our own TV screen. It was awesome! I was a little disappointed that you cannot play Co-op on the Campaign mode.

    Where is the eject button????? All I see are off and restart buttons.

    The eject button is the larger button above the power button...and yes, you can use it to restart the system.
