I agree MA is a blast, but its only 2 players.

I suggest Fuzion Frenzy for mini-games that are alot of fun.

Theres also Hunter: The Reckoning, NHL and NFL 2k3's, DoA3, Brute Force...

Those are all 4 player games and are alot of fun. Hunter doesn't have much replayability though, so you might want to just rent it one night when your buddies are over.

Hell yeah, JJaX...Rallisport's multi-player ownz...damn good times with that one.

Also, Halo, for damn sure. In fact, hook up Halo with XBConnect if you have broadband and have you and three other buddies whip some ass on-line That's what my local buddies and I do religiously!

TimeSplitters 2 is an excellent multiplayer game due to the options. There is a handful of cool maps, skins, game modes, and the game runs at a solid 60 fps in single and split screen modes.

I haven't tried the game with system link, but I know its a very fun and non serious multiplayer game to play with your friends. It plays a lot like Goldeneye for the N64 which is good considering that was one of the most complete console multiplayer games ever.

Give TS2 a try for both single and multiplayer. The single player isn't epic (like Halo, Jedi Knight, or Half-Life) but its fun to get used to the game.

Multiplayer is the real bread and butter. Plus, the game is under $30 at most stores so it won't bruise your expenses.

I only played the demo for TS2. The reason being that awful control scheme. I hated the way aiming works. Trying to hard to be different and it sucked imo.
