SIZE does MATTER!!

hey all,

ive heard that the size of the actual console is 12x8x4 inches.

is this true??


cause all the game magazines have been saying how big the xbox is.
and to me that seems average

its about the size of a school binder.... the ones with the zipper and the kinda clothy texture i think its a good size

why are people always like, "oh no, the Xbox is giant, therefore it sucks"...people are just stupid. Microsoft had to make the xbox a little large, i mean, a 10 gig hard drive takes up some space, as well as everything else in this incredable system. Anyone who thinks smaller is better, go buy a gamecube and cry yourself to sleep....

I actually prefer the size since it fits in with the rest of my equipment better. A GCN (I am not bashing) would not fit well in my entertainment center.

I wouldn't care if it was the size of a suitcase. If I want portability I'll grab my GBA.

One thing I like about the look of the XBox console is that it looks like an average electronic appliance and doesn't look tacky on my entertainment area in my home. I have a pretty nice looking set-up and a purple Barbie easy-bake oven (LameCube) would definately taint the image of my set up
