    well, my xbox that im getting for xmas has been bought a while ago, but ....
    if it doesnt work right after i open it(*crosses fingers*)
    then, what do i do?
    can i send it to microsoft?

    Statistically speaking there are bound to be defective units for any electronic device. However, the odds favor your XBOX being flawless so I wouldn't worry about it.

    If you treat your XBOX like you would any high-end entertainment device then it should provide you with years of bliss.
