Dolby Sorround

Does anyone know how to tweak your dolby sorround system to sound better. Right now iam running 5 Mirage FRX series speakers and 1 FRX subwoofer off of a 500 watt yamaha amp. I find that the distinction between right and left, and front and back are not very noticable. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

buy Video Essentials or AVIA. They are dvd calibration tools for DD 5.1 and for your tv. That is the best possible way to calibrate your system and maximize performance.

You'll also want to get a decibel meter. I use one by Tenma.
