If you go to that site, it will explain it, but it is confusing....
they just used a modchip and some other stuff to dig into Halo's files and screw with the numbers to give you stuff. I saw a couple sweet pics that had 8 tanks in the middle of Blood Gulch! Too bad you can't kill people with the flamethrower

That HUD doesn't look a whole lot like the XBox version. The Health bars and ammo all look too "Squarish" maybe it was on HDTV, because it just looks different. I would suggest that they did that on the PC but I don't know if that game is out yet. I think so.....

Look guys, it doesn't matter what Bungie says, or if Bungie likes what the hex mode is. It requires a modification, that's something that you can not talk about here.
