i am from australia for all of u who dont know.

i here people saying you can pay money for an extended warranty.

1. is this true??

2.how much is it??

3.who do you pay for the extended warranty?? (microsoft or retailer?)

4. how long does it last compared to the 90 day warranty??

5. what does it cover?? e.g. broken console, reading disk errors?

yes you can.... mine was an extra $40 US..... covers it for 2 years....you pay the store (i payed media play) it covers and problem it has for 2 years..... if there is any problem i just bring it in and i get my money back on the spot, i can use it to buy a new xbox or if i chose a different console
