Its available Sep 30.

I guarentee that if you use a controller you will get absolutely crushed by the people using a mouse.

Think about it... a controller has a max turning speed, but a mouse is only limited by how fast you can move your hand.

On xbox its all fair cuz everyone is using a controller, but a mouse will just annihilate a guy on a controller.
