After you find out about the Sixth House for Caius Cosades he sends you to Vivec to question some guys, the only problem is that I can´t find where to buy the book of "The persecution" or something like that, Where is it? Is it at Jobasha´s or at least in Vivec?

I searched through all the store(Jobasha´s rare books) but I cant find it.
