Problems running Enter the Matrix on my HDTV

I am having problems running Enter the Matrix on my HDTV, any suggestions. All other games that I try work. This is a rental and this is the second copy I have tried. Audio works fine but video is just lines. I have 55" Mitsubishi HDTV integrated set. I have it hooked up with HDTV Microsoft pack. I believe this is the first game I have tried that runs in 1080. I have all the settings set in the XBox menu 480 enabled, 720 and 1080 enabled. Any suggestions?

It sounds like it is trying to display at 720p which your tv probably doesn't support. (just guessing).

Go into your Xbox dashboard and disable 720p but leave 1080i enabled then try it again. That should work. If it doesn't, get back to us.
