Back into the world of gaming.
Well the 5.1 and custom sound tracks dont come to me as a surprise. But the 720p widescreen should be a treat for those who have TVs that support it.

Now that is some very good news. Maybe they tweaked the graphics as well.

this is awesome. It is guarenteed I will buy this set now! I didn't know before, but since I am buying a nice 5.1 speaker system for my system, I think this ought to be a good buy!
Thats always good news, even though I probably won't get to use any of those. I liked the original soundtrack.
I cant use the 720 either man. I want a HD TV so bad but its gonna cost some ca$h money for that. Arent they around 400?Originally posted by TuffEagle88

Customs soundtrack is nice and everything, but why would you change it for that game?
If only you could set certain songs preset for certain cars..

Your custom sound tracks will be a like another station to tune in to. You wont be missing out on the orginal soundtrack.Originally posted by TuffEagle88

They did.
And custom soundtracks are a great feature to have in these games. Especially, in GTA 3, since most of the music wasn't that impressive anyway. IMO
More like $800 and up for anything worth buying.Originally posted by DocHoliday78

Didn't we discuss this already?
My dad's getting a widescreen theatre system with dolby 5.1, so I now want this game even more. I hope the graphics are better than PS2. I will be so ****ed if they don't bother touching them up.
MAKING A NEW SIG
It also has graphical updates in comparison to the PC and PS2 versions - the players now have separate fingers...and thats just one of the upgrades!! ::: crowd roars :::
I seen it in action on G4 tv. It is alot more crisp than the PS2 version. It looked really clear.Originally posted by xboxman_1

I may get this game just because it's fun to screw around and do whatever you want

It really is pathetic that in this day and age of gaming that seperate fingers are considered a plus and not standard within certain gaming systems, not to mention any :cough: ps2 :cough: man I need to take something for this cough.Originally posted by xboxman_1

That way I don't have to wait to play it, But it sucks I have to wait 4 days to play Crimson Skies. I have to preorder Project Gotham Racing 2 & Prince of Persia soon.
Hidden Content XBOX RULES!
Hopefully they upped the graphics on it, too. The game, by itself, on a 480i Tube TV with the PS2 version is horrible, in my opinion. With these upgrades, it definately will be worth looking at to see if it's going to be worth it.
