    Err... I don't think you necessarily HAVE to tweak it to go faster, but if you want it to go faster, check the XBox hacking websites.

    You can only make it write Cd's to the HD faster. THats the only hack as of now. You save like 19 seconds..

    u can also put a new ata cable from the hard drive to the cd drive to make games load faster
