Is Phantom Dust a fighting game?

I have heard say it is but with all of the abilities I think it could turn out to be more strategy oriented. What do yall think?

Yup, alittle on the side of fighting game but there are tons of spellcasting you can do in this game. Only for........Japan.

In the November issure of OXM and i don't get it but so far i think it is about an online spell casting logic fighter that is supose to have really flashy graffics and effects when casting spells. It might be good but i think thy are trying to make the xbox look more appealing to japanese gamers which i still don't think will work.
