Its not in the requirements in his rule page...so Im guessing No.. or at least I hope not, but it dont matter so much cause ill hopefully have it by about next week.

Random Giveaways, I randomly generate a list of numbers, i go down the list of people in the chat and give them their number, do i tell them, no, Then i run the random number generator again, and if they have they number, that person wins, totally random.

Random does not happen often.
