Hold Left Trigger During whole sequence.....
Push Right on D-pad
A, X, B, A, X, Y, A, X
Push Down on D-pad
A, X
Push Left on D-pad
A, X
And voila your hidden disc extra opens up.

Yeah... I gotta copy and save this... Cause I aint getting my Dec issue for a while....
Mine should be here soon, but thanks for saving me the trouble. I was surprised last month when I'd had the iss. for 2 weeks and no one had posted it.
While it was somewhat entertaining figuring it out, I certainly don't mind just looking it up.
