Help with Halo!

Thanks for reading this. I am stuck in Halo, I forget the mission name but it is one of the ones in a winter setting. I just used the tank for the first time, and cleared out hover vehicles and turret guns infront of a Covenant gateway. I go in the gate, but the door is shut and wont open. How do you open this door? Wher do I go after this? You must note, I am playing this on coop mode. In coop mode, it dosent show all of the help tips that it does in single player. (in the very first scene, it didn't show that you had to hold down the joystick to crouch, that one took me a LONG time) Thanks for your help.

You need to exit the tank (you can get back in after you open the door) and look around the tunnel for a control panel which opens the door. You must activate this by pressing 'x' at the control panel.

Thats level 5. "Assualt on the control room"

You can get a banshee in that level and skip a big section too

hint: Elites cant flip over unmanned banshees. Grenades flip vehicles. Do the math
