Yeah I hate the pop ups too. I would recommend you get the Google tool bar with pop up blocker. I have it and it works great!

i got panicware pop-up stopper pro and i havent had a pop up in a LOOOOOOOONG time but the problem is it blocks some things that arnt pop ups like the XBA chat room
