yeah but not on halo i've done it before on ghost recon while i was waiting for my mom to get home with her credit card so i could get on live, so on xbox live enabled titles yes, system link titles yes, but games that was before xbox live or has no system link has no voice

The headset will only work if the headset is enabled for games that have it enabled for System Link. Many games do, however, Halo is not, sadly.
