Hmmm, all i can think of is clearing your cookies, log on, and try again.
go to ur profile and make sure u have "log on each time i visit" checked

Toss your cookies... from the computer. Dump all your temporary internet files. Reboot and log back in.
Logging in each time you visit is up to you for security reasons. If that's the way you want it then make sure it's checked.
If you are already logged in, and you submit the review and it say you still need to log in, then contact Nick-XBA with a friendly pm. There could be an admin issue there.
