Hmm, the only things i can think of would be to boil/clean the disc.
Or maybe its your dvd drivewell,

If cleaning it doesn't work then you'll need to call:
1-800-4my-xbox. If that's not the right number let me know. I know the last part is right.
You should call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and they should help you out. Is your Xbox still under warranty? If you don't want to do that keep using a disc cleaner and lens cleaner and hopefully that'll work.
Hmm.. i think you must pay attention to your Xbox more than others.
