Just FYI: Apex is a generic brand. Honestly, it's a peice of garbage, IMO. I would atleast purchase a name brand TV even if it's not a flat screen.

Sorry to urinate on your cornflakes, but, I'm a huge advocate with electronics and you'll be lucky if that thing lasts you five years....maybe more like three.

But, as for the inputs you want to pay attention to...make sure the TV has COMPONENT VIDEO inputs. There are three colors to help you determine if they are component: green, blue, and red. If the TV has that, then pick up the High Definition A/V pack by XBox. And yes, it will make a world of difference for your picture quality. What seemed blurry before is crystal clear...colors are more vibrant, and the overall quality is maximized to the equipment's capabilities.

So, sorry about the lackluster words I stated about Apex....but, I do have some good news: I just saved a bunch of money on car insurance by switching to Geiko.

    thanks, and that ending

TV <~i've decided to get this after looking around, if they have it at the store i will get a 32", i'm pretty sure that Emerson is a pretty good brand and it also has component video inputs.

This looks better than the Apex TV. However you still arn't gonna see the quality you would with a Sony or Toshiba. Atleast it has the component video so your picture should be pretty decent. I would definatly go in and check out the TV in person if you can.

ditto what Maximus has already said. Just to console you, anyting S-video and up will look pretty darn good. I'm not sure what benefit component inputs offers without a high-definition monitor though--just as a side question.
