    I think it's still pretty much hit-or-miss even with bundles. My friend got a Samsung with his X-Mas pack but I just heard from someone on this forum that they got a Thomson drive in the same bundle, so...

    Yeah, its most likely the Smasuag drive becuase most of the new xbox's use standard samsuage instead of tompson becuase of the problems tompson drives have.
