Half-Life would be a pretty good game to turn into a movie. I'd like to see how it turns out. Hopefully they give it to someone good so it doesn't end up like crap.

Chances are against us. Has there even been one good hollywood rendidtion of a video game license? Tomb Raider may have been succesful but it still blew.

i think it will be good. its creepy to play through the campaign for me. it still creeps me out when i play it. its just that when you walk all of a sudden something explodes when you least expect it, or something jumps at you from the side when you are running along .....

Yes, where have you heard this? I love the whole idea of it and hope it goes through and comes out well....My my my... Half Life would no doubt make a great movie....Nooooo doubt...

Anyway, yeah, lol, that game sure did freak me out! Would probably make another Res. Evil Movie only with more Shoot em up to it. I found Res. Evil a little nerving too. I dono, it would be cool though.

Also, Cinescape talked about this about a month or two ago. I don't pay much attention to games being made into movies though since they rarely translate well. Just like movies being made into videogames.

Also if you have Counter Strike for the Xbox and you go to the Miami level look at the billboard on the movie theatre, it says Half Life The Movie starts Friday 11pm.

I'm kind of a Halo guy. I tried BF after all the Hype. I tried some of the Bond franchise. I even tried Castle Wolfenstein (which I think totally blew). What is Half Life? I can't find it in the games list. Is it a nickname? I tend to hold everything to the standard of Halo, but I'm trying to broaden my horizons. Is this a game I should play?

Definantly a game that needs to be played. It's very good and is Halo's equal in my opinion. Story and gameplay are exciting and is like watching the best movie while playing the best game at the same time.
