ok after i fight malak on the leviathan he runs and locks himself into a seperate chamber and i can't seem to unlock it. apparently i didn't give myself enough security points. Am I missing something and is there a way to get around this? thanks!

Don't try and go in that door. If I remember correctly you should not be able to finish him off, and then a cutscene starts.
You should try gamefaqs.com though. They really are the best.
Actually I had the same problem. There is another way in. Its a maze though and I haven't been playing it for a long time so you'll have to wrk that out for yourself man.
