Final Fantasy coming to Xbox??? ...maybe.....read this

allright, an ex-square member has been hired by microsoft to be the head xbox guy in japan......so, could this mean that this so called..."ex-square member" could bring along final fantasy through a sister company???....what do you think??

First of all, welcome to XBA !! Second, i think it will be only in Japan if there are final fantasy-style game and maybe in the future, we will get one.

I just bought my first FF game every, FFX. I am learnign how to play the game. It is pretty damn cool. I'd like to see it on the xbox.

Final Fantasy will never (Note the word never) come out on the current Xbox. It just hasn't sold well enough in Japan. Plus the ex head of Square has already commented on how reluctant his ex company is towards the system. The Xbox 2 maybe if the Japanease adopt it.

so if someone hires an ex eomplyee of EA, that means EA will go onto LIVE? not a chance in hell... same thing..

I think that your getting your hopes up. Also there is a reason they're on ps2, they suck.

Highly unlikely, they are releasing a FF for GC, but thats about it passed the PS2. I still would like to see FF and Castlevania leave PS2.

yep, sure does, thats why their are 13 versions, one is a moderately succesful MMORPG. If you count the tactics editions, there 15. So apparently not too many people think it sucks, but thats your own opinion.

Not a very good comparison considering that EA has been negotiating xbox live with microsoft
